In 2012, our office published the need for a National Code of Civil and Commercial Procedures. With the premise of streamlining procedures at the national level without having to rely on 28 or more Civil Codes from each State of the Republic and a Code of Commercial Procedures. You can verify this on the LinkedIn account of Attorney Jose Antonio Moreno Vallejo, where a group called "For a National Code of Civil and Commercial Procedures" was formed. A few lawyers joined. Today, 13 years later, this code is about to be published. This demonstrates how our lawyers are entrepreneurial and persistent when it comes to a better application of justice in Mexico.
